Design and build
Website designed, built and managed by Nathanaël K. (nathanaelk.fr), on behalf of the publisher.
Lessons, booking and payment
This site sells nothing and takes no bookings. Lessons are booked and paid for on Preply, under Preply’s terms of service. This site is neither published nor endorsed by Preply.
The rating, reviews and figures quoted on the home page come from my public Preply profile, checked on 8 October 2026. Reviews are quoted word for word, with only the author’s first name, as shown on Preply.
Intellectual property
The texts on this site, the photographs of Chantal and Samba, and the drawing of Samba belong to Chantal Kenzey. Please do not reproduce them without her written consent (Article L. 122-4 of the French Intellectual Property Code).
The paintings shown are in the public domain:

Personal data
In short: this site sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and has no forms. It counts visits anonymously, without cookies, using a tool hosted in the European Union. That is why it shows no consent banner.
Data controller
Chantal Kenzey, who can be reached at contact@nathanaelk.fr.
What the site records
The site asks you for nothing and stores nothing on your device. Fonts, images and scripts are served by the site itself, with one exception: the audience measurement tool described below.
Like any website, it is served by a host that keeps technical logs: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type.
- Why: to run the site and protect it from abuse.
- Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Who sees them: the host only. I do not look at them or combine them with anything.
- How long: kept by OVH under its hosting terms, for no longer than the one year set by French law.
- Outside the European Union: no transfer. The site is hosted in France.
Audience measurement
To know how many people visit the site and how they found it, the site uses PostHog (PostHog Inc.), with servers located in the European Union (Frankfurt). It works without cookies or storage on your device: each visit is counted separately, and nothing allows you to be recognised from one visit to the next.
- What is measured: pages viewed, the site you came from, device and browser type, country (derived from the IP address) and clicks to Preply or LinkedIn.
- Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): understanding how the site is used in order to improve it.
- How long: one year at most, after which the data is deleted.
- To object: turn on your browser’s Do Not Track setting, which the site respects, or write to me.
If you write to me
If you email me, I keep your message and address for as long as it takes to reply and follow up, then delete them no later than three years after our last contact. Messages sent through Preply are covered by Preply’s privacy policy.
Links to other sites
The booking buttons lead to Preply, and one link leads to LinkedIn. Once you are on those sites, their own rules apply, cookies included.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict its processing, or object to it (Articles 15 to 21 GDPR). Write to me at contact@nathanaelk.fr: I reply within one month.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority: Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, cnil.fr.
Cookies
None. No cookies, no local storage, no pixels: audience measurement works without placing anything on your device. If that ever changes, this page will say so, and you will be asked to choose before anything is set.
